Expeditors International inked renewal leases for industrial and office space in different Dallas-Fort Worth locations. The company stayed put in 132,400 square feet of industrial space at 1101 Valley View Lane in Irving. And, the company signed a renewal and expansion agreement for office space at Browning Place, 1601 Lyndon B. Johnson Fwy. (Interstate 635) in Farmers Branch.
Frank McCafferty and Mitch Kumin of Savills Studley represented the tenant in the long-term Browning Place transaction, and were joined by Savills Studley’s Eric Leland and Erick Blohm in representing the tenant in the Irving lease. Duane Henley with Transwestern is listed as landlord Pillar Income Asset Management’s representation on the office transaction. Clarion Partners is listed as the owner of record for the industrial property.
According to Savills Studley, the tenant had looked elsewhere for industrial and office space, but opted to remain where it was.
