Fertility Practice Grows at Midtown Manhattan Tower

Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York signed an early lease renewal, restructure and expansion at 635 Madison Avenue in NY that boosted its occupancy to 30,000 square feet. The Manhattan-based fertility practice will take occupancy of the the 9th, 10th and 11th floors.

635 Madison is a 19-story office and retail tower located in the Midtown Manhattan Plaza District, with views of Central Park and the Plaza Hotel.

Savills Studley’s Jeffrey Peck, Daniel Horowitz and Christopher Foerch represented the tenant. The landlord, NY-based Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation, was represented in-house.

It isn’t the first deal the Savills Studley team has secured for the medical practice, which is recognized as a leader in reproductive care. Recently it secured outposts for RMA of New York in SoHo, the Upper West Side and Brooklyn.
