Residents commenced move-ins at MIRA, the new, 392-residence luxury condominium community developed by Tishman Speyer in San Francisco’s emerging Transbay neighborhood. The tower received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) and is touring interested buyers in four fully furnished models on the 23rd floor of the 40-story community.

The 400-foot tower offers two-bedroom, two-bathroom models that are staged and fully furnished. Virtual tours of all models are also available.

Located one block from the Embarcadero, MIRA features a distinctive, dynamic tower with large bay windows spiraling up the façade to offer sweeping views of San Francisco Bay, the Bay Bridge, and the city skyline. The property offers one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums and townhouses.

Community amenities include a courtyard, attended lobby, rooftop deck, private dining and lounge, a fitness center, children’s playroom, conference room, dog washing station, valet parking with electric vehicle charging stations, parking for 150 bicycles, and more than 10,000 square feet of street-level retail.
