Flagship Healthcare Properties Hires Quattlebaum as SVP-Acquisitions

Gerald Quattlebaum joined Flagship Healthcare Properties LLC as a senior vice president of acquisitions. He is responsible for overseeing the Charlotte, N.C-based company’s acquisition group.

Quattlebaum has more than 27 years of commercial real estate experience, with an emphasis on project development, leasing, and client relations. He’s spent the past 20 years focused exclusively on healthcare real estate. Most recently, he served as vice president of development & leasing for Lendlease Healthcare Development. There, he was responsible for the development and leasing of more than two million square feet of outpatient facilities across the nation.

At Flagship Healthcare, Quattlebaum will work closely with Russell Brown, senior vice president of investment. Brown’s role has expanded to be involved in the company’s acquisition, development, and asset management service lines.

Flagship Healthcare has developed more than 1.6 million square feet of healthcare properties and currently manages about three million square feet of healthcare-related office space throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. The company serves as the external manager of Flagship Healthcare Trust, a private REIT.
