Food Hall Opens in San Antonio

The Bottling Department, San Antonio’s first food hall, is now open at the Pearl Brewery. The space, situated at the site of the brewery’s original bottling plant, is home to five boutique vendors and one bar.

The hall, at 312 Pearl Pkwy., Building 6, consists of 5,500 square feet of space that hosts Maybelle’s Donuts and Fried Pies, The Good Kind, Tenko Ramen, Bud’s Southern Rotisserie, Fletcher’s Hamburgers and the Bar at Bottling Department.

The building offers seating for more than 100 guests inside, with additional seating outside and around the adjacent Park at Pearl. The design includes salvaged, original cornerstones, as well as a stone nameplate.
