Food Hall Planned for Historic Downtown Houston Building

Downtown Houston’s JPMorgan Chase building, of the greater The Jones on Main property, will see the inclusion of a 20,000-square-foot food hall in early 2018.

Austin-based Oz Rey, LLC is set to develop and operate the food hall, which will spotlight local and global chefs. The project will feature a beer and wine bar, a cocktail lounge and a dozen dining outlets, with the main concepts centered in the building’s grand lobby. Eating options will be available during all meal times.

Houston-based Midway is leading a larger renovation of the Lionstone Investments-owned property. The Jones on Main project encompasses the 708 and 712 Main St. buildings.
