Savannah-based real estate asset management company and developer Foram Group has filed plans for the development of Bloomingdale Industrial Park, a 3.7 million-square-foot light industrial park just west of Savannah on Interstate 16.
The project’s estimated value is $220 million, according to the firm’s filing with the state of Georgia. The project is slated to be completed by May 2029.
The firm’s existing projects include Brickell World Plaza, a 40-story office tower in Miami and Starland Village, a live-work-play community in Savannah’s historic center.
