Nabua Property Holdings LLC acquired the Bardin Professional Center, a two-story, 9,358-square-foot foreclosed office building in Grand Prairie, TX. The investor struck the deal with IM Bardin LLC for the asset at 2304 W. Bardin Rd. The building is 82.1% occupied, and the buyer will use the remaining 1,676 square feet as its medical office.

Leigh Richter with Bradford Cos. represented the seller, in the direct deal. “We had a lot of interest because it’s a small property, quality construction and well located,” Richter said. “There is a lot of daytime traffic.”

Richter secured the foreclosure assignment in late 2016. Bradford Cos.’ Erik Blais rebuilt the tenant roster; the leases have staggered expirations through 2026. “The space really met the buyer’s needs,” Richter said. “He was impressed with the location and quality of the building, which is in great shape.”
