Forest City Realty Trust unveiled plans for Central Park Station, a four-million-square-foot mixed-use development in Denver’s Stapleton market. The 70-acre, transit-oriented project is slated to kick-off next spring with Central Park Station One, a 190,000-square-foot mixed-use office building. Plans also include a 300-unit apartment project, a 120-unit condominium building , and 60,000 square feet of retail, all integrated around an expansive public plaza.
Forest City Stapleton’s Jim Chrisman says, “Central Park Station One is designed as a unique environment for businesses offering significant opportunity for expansion, in an optimal central location and amenity-rich environment with excellent access to multiple modes of transportation and to the metropolitan area’s work force.”
NKF’s Tim Harrington, Mike Wafer, Alan Polacsek and Eddie Kane are handling leasing and marketing of Central Park Station One.
The project is expected to break ground by Q2 2018, with delivery slated for summer 2019.
