Toni L. Casiano has joined Avison Young’s New Jersey office as an SVP, specializing in transaction management and agency services. With 30-plusyears in commercial real estate, Casiano joins Avison Young after two decades with Mack-Cali Realty Corporation.
“Toni brings a wealth of experience, market knowledge, and professionalism that will boost the already strong and accomplished office leasing team here in New Jersey,” said managing director Jeffrey Heller. “We are excited to have Toni join Avison Young New Jersey and assist new and existing clients with customized occupier and landlord strategies that align with their long-term needs.”
During her time at Mack Cali, where she was most recently an SVP, Casiano oversaw the structure and negotiation of all lease and marketing transactions representing approximately 59% of the company’s reported office sector.
