Fort Myers Apartment Community Trades for $65M

Wyse Technology Investments has acquired Channelside, a 325-unit apartment community in Fort Myers, for $65.2 million.

Built in 2015, the 29-acre community features one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 791 square feet to 1,400 square feet. Rents range from $1,115 to $1,698. The property is located at 15270 Ballast Point Dr. and is currently 93% occupied.

Hampton Beebe, Avery Klann, Jonathan Senn and Tyler Minix of NKF represented the seller, Meyers Group, in the transaction. Additionally, Fernando Riboli of NKF secured a Freddie Mac acquisition loan on behalf of the buyer.
