An international creative, marketing and digital staffing firm, 24 Seven, signed a 10-year, 14,103-square-foot lease for the entire 37th floor at FortyOne Madison Ave., a 42-story office tower overlooking Madison Square Park in New York City.
“We believe they will benefit from our building’s nearly-completed lobby renovation and strategic location in the Flatiron District, which will allow them to attract new talent from Silicon Alley and across the city,” said Bill Rudin, co-vice chairman and CEO of Rudin Management Company, which represented itself while CBRE represented the tenant.
Asking rents were in the low $80s-per-square-foot at the 500,000-square-foot tower. The building is 95% occupied, and Rudin is just finishing up its multi-million-dollar renovation of the lobby.
