Forum Energy Technologies opted to stay put in its current location, inking a deal to renew its 108,639-square-foot global headquarters space at 10344 Sam Houston Park Dr. in Houston. The company, which manufactures and sells subsea products, moved into the Sam Houston Crossing II office development in 2013 as part of an overall office consolidation.

Doug Little and Louann Pereira represented the landlord, Buchanan Partners, in the transaction. CBRE’s Jeff Cairns, Bill Boyer and Steve Hesse provided tenant representation services.

The 159,056-square-foot Sam Houston Crossing II is 100% occupied, and was developed by Duke Realty in 2012. The developer sold the northwest Houston property to Buchanan Street in late 2016.
