Full-service real estate services and investment company Foundry Commercial has been tapped to manage five additional Publix-anchored shopping centers in July. Foundry now has more than 12 million square feet of retail assignments in Central Florida and South Florida as well as the broader southeast and Texas.

The five centers total 450,000 square feet and include Regency Village in Orlando, First Merritt Center on the Merritt Island Causeway, Granada Plaza in Dunedin, Holly Hill Center near Daytona Beach and Summer Bay in Clermont, approximately five miles west of Walt Disney World.

“Given the quickly changing landscape of retail, engaging the right brokerage and property management service partner to help owners and retailers navigate these times is more important than ever,” said Susan McGuire, partner at Foundry. “Owners are recognizing the impact the right team can make in protecting and creating asset value, and Foundry continues to deliver measurable results that make a difference.”
