Four Springs Buys Three MOBs for $25M

Four Springs Capital Trust, headquartered in New Jersey, acquired a portfolio of three single-tenant medical buildings in Utah and Colorado from a Bettendorf, IA seller for $24.5 million. The buildings, which operate as plasma collection facilities for BioLife Plasma Services, are each 16,694 square feet.

The bioscience buildings are at:

  • 13503 S. Hamilton View Rd., Riverton, UT
  • 632 N. 900 W. St., American Fork, UT
  • 478 S. Martin St., Longmont, CO

FSCT’s portfolio contains 48 properties in 21 states, that are leased to 23 tenants. “These properties, which are of high quality construction in well-trafficked retail and medical areas, are a welcome addition to Four Springs’ portfolio,” said FSCT’s Cindy Daly.
