Fraker Tapped to Lead CBRE’s Global Industrial and Logistics

CBRE Vice Chairman Jack Fraker has been promoted to managing director of the company’s Global Industrial & Logistics. Fraker will assume his new duties in Dallas, TX, and will continue to serve as head of business development and portfolio sales for CBREs National Partners. He will continue to report to Christopher Ludeman, global president of CBRE’s Capital Markets.

Fraker, a more than 30-year veteran, specializes in the sale of investment properties for institutional clients, as well as tenant representation for corporate clients. He has leased and/or sold 815 million square feet, and approximately 6,600 acres of development sites in more than 60 U.S. cities, as well as Mexico, Europe and South America.
