Freeway Properties officially broke ground on the second phase of the Katy Ranch Offices. The 150,920-square-foot office project will be at 24279 Katy Fwy. in the far west Houston metro city of Katy, TX. Delivery is anticipated for summer of 2020. Sam Hansen and Doug Pack with Avison Young will handle leasing activities.
The new building will be next to the first phase of Katy Ranch Offices, which opened in 2015 and is 100% leased; tenants include Flagstar Bank, Escalate Workspace and U.S. Silica.
“The excitement created by Phase I will continue to generate momentum for Phase II,” said Mike Baker with Freeway Properties. “With the collaborative effort and support of Powers Brown Architecture, LSI Construction, Avison Young and the Katy Economic Development Council, this new project will be a great success and benefit the greater Katy area.”
