TEP Barnett USA LLC, a division of French company Total E&P, sublet 20,752 square feet on the 37th floor of 777 Main St., in Fort Worth’s Central Business District. The tenant will take space previously occupied by Trinity River Energy LLC. Erik Blais and Nick Talley, with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the sublessor in negotiations with TEP Barnett.

TEP Barnet USA is headquartered in Houston, and the Fort Worth office will serve as a regional hub. The company acquired 75% of Barnett Shale assets from Chesapeake Energy Corp. in late 2016.

“It was important to the company to be located in a landmark building in Fort Worth’s Sundance Square,” Blais said. “This was a great opportunity to lease an entire floor with a top-of-the-line finish-out that was ready for immediate occupancy.”
