Matthew Tarshis has been promoted to principal of Highland Park, IL-based Frontline Real Estate Partners. Tarshis joined Frontline in July 2013 as an associate and most recently held the position of EVP.

In his new role, Tarshis will continue to oversee brokerage, management, acquisitions and dispositions for the company, along with the leasing of a portfolio consisting of more than 3,000,000 square feet of retail, office, industrial and mixed-use properties; a management portfolio of 2,500,000 square feet; and an investment sales team selling approximately 20-25 deals across multiple asset classes at any given time.

“Matt came on board early in his CRE career and was responsible for leasing the company’s owned portfolio consisting of retail properties,” said principal Joshua Joseph. “Fast forward to 2019 and he was now disposing over $60,000,000 in commercial assets including single tenant and multi-tenant shopping centers, office buildings, industrial warehouses, multi-family properties and mixed-use properties.”
