FullStack Modular to Expand at the Navy Yard

FullStack Module, a leading modular construction firm, received $6 million to dramatically expand its business — including scaling up its 100,000-square-foot factory in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.

The $6 million represents an equity investment in FullStack led by McCourt Global, and includes real estate industry leaders Lawrence Benenson, Lloyd Goldman, Jonathan Grunzweig, Jonathan Langer, and Daniel Levene. FullStack provides a turnkey solution to developers interest in constructing buildings from modular pieces created in FullStack’s factory.

“Our company is transforming the real estate construction business and the way mid and high-rise buildings are created,” said Roger Krulak, CEO and founder of FullStack Modular. “The result is a process which is faster and more cost-effective than conventional building, generates far less waste, enables safer site conditions, and is less disruptive to the surrounding neighborhoods.”
