Connect Los Angeles is planned March 21st at the Hotel Indigo Downtown Los Angeles. You can get more information and register on this link.
G.H. Palmer Associates is proceeding with development on the 1,500-unit Ferrante apartments in Los Angeles’ City West district. The 10-acre site, which formerly housed a Bank of America data center, has been cleared, and construction on the mixed-use campus is set to commence.
The site at 1000 W. Temple St. will house another project in the “Renaissance” apartment collection, designed in the familiar Italian-inspired style as Palmer’s nearby Da Vinci property (pictured). The seven-story complex will contain rental apartments atop 30,000 square feet of street-fronting retail space, in addition to parking for more than 2,600 vehicles.
Ferrante will be Palmer’s largest Downtown podium-type apartment complex development to date. The site is bounded by Temple Street, Beaudry Avenue, and Mignonette Street, along the 110 Harbor Freeway.
