Gantry arranged nearly $40 million in financing for properties in Arizona including two multifamily communities in Tucson and an industrial project in Chandler (pictured).
The larger of the financing involved the mortgage banking firm arranging $27,000,000 in fixed loans for The Missions at Sentinel Peak Apartments and The Woods Apartments in Tucson. Adam Parker, Principal, and Chad Metzger, Senior Associate, of Gantry’s Phoenix office, arranged both loans for the borrower, a repeat client of Gantry, through an agency lender.
The Missions at Sentinel Peak Apartments, located at 2410 S. Mission Rd., features 404 units. The Woods Apartments, located at 1970 W. Valencia Rd., features 360 units.
Parker and Metzger also arranged $11,950,000 in construction financing for Hopewell Development’s industrial project in Chandler. Scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2021, the 9.62-acre lot will comprise of two Class A multi-tenant buildings totaling roughly 144,000 square feet.
