Georgia-Pacific Signs Major Inland Empire Lease

Manufacturer Georgia-Pacific has just signed a large lease with Goodman Birtcher in Rancho Cucamonga. The company, which makes several paper products and chemicals related to the business, inked the entire 1.6 million square feet at Goodman Logistics Center Rancho Cucamonga.

The project is set for completion next month. Meanwhile, the building is LEED certified.

Goodman Birtcher, based in Irvine, is part of Goodman Group, an Australia-based conglomerate. The industrial developer and owner has $1.5 billion of new space in its pipeline across the country.

Georgia-Pacific is based in Atlanta. It’s moving into the center to support its consumer-products business.
