GFI Realty Services arranged the $3-million sale of 2450 Fuller St., a 16-unit multifamily property in the Westchester Square section of the Bronx. Senior director Shlomo Antebi represented the seller and the buyer, both local investors.
“The sellers realized that investors would be attracted to this stable cash-flowing multifamily asset,” said Antebi. “The property is ideally situated just blocks from the square, an area in the neighborhood where all of the national and local retailers are located as well as the main transit hub.”
The Westchester Square landscape is dotted with wood-frame homes from the early 1900s, rowhouses and prewar apartment buildings such as 2450 Fuller, along with newer multifamily properties. Midtown Manhattan is easily accessible via a 45-minute commute on the 6 subway line located at the Westchester Square-East Tremont Avenue station.
