Proptech company Equiem has rolled out its tenant engagement app at three new sites, including Global Holdings Group’s Nomad Tower at 1250 Broadway. GHG has dubbed it “Our Nomad Tower.”

The app has also been introduced to Arborcrest Corporate Campus in Philadelphia, and 5 Houston Center in Houston.

“Bringing Equiem on board at Nomad Tower enables us to deliver the amenities, events and experiences that modern tenants now expect at leading workplaces,” said Craig Panzirer at GHG.

“Alongside our extensive renovation program, our Nomad Tower will help us transform the building into a truly desirable, engaging and connected workplace, and set a new standard for tenant amenities in Manhattan,” he added.

Founded in 2011 in Melbourne, Australia, Equiem launched in the U.S. this past April. Globally, the Equiem platform has been deployed across 57 million square feet of commercial properties.
