GLL Real Estate Partners has secured a 340,000-square-foot lease, reportedly with global e-commerce giant Amazon, at Brandon Woods III, a warehouse and distribution facility located southeast of Baltimore.
Located at 7659 Solley Road, the building is now undergoing tenant improvements. Amazon has also leased an adjacent land parcel for use as surface parking. GLL acquired 7659 Solley Road as well as the nearby 7550 Perryman Court and two adjacent land parcels within the 259-acre Brandon Woods business community in a single transaction on behalf of an institutional client in March 2020.
GLL currently owns more than 2.5 million square feet of modern logistics real estate across the U.S. In addition to Brandon Woods III, the firm’s assets include 1600 North Park Drive, a fully-leased warehouse distribution facility in Ft. Lauderdale, and Southwest 85 Logistics, a modern Class A facility in Atlanta.
