Global Auto Ad Agency Renews, Expands at The Strand in Huntington Beach

Innocean Worldwide executed a lease renewal and expansion of its HQ at The Strand in Huntington Beach, CA. The global advertising agency increased occupancy to 35,228 square feet in the seaside project, which has served as its base for several years.

The firm, which represents automobile manufacturers Hyundai and Kia, signed a 10-year lease. It occupies creative office space on the top two floors of a three-story building, located at 180 5th St.

JLL’s Jason Fine represented the tenant. Cushman & Wakefield’s Jason Ward represented the landlord, Cypress Acquisition Partners Retail Fund, L.P.

Ward says, “[Innocean’s] creative office headquarters is truly unique, offering panoramic ocean views, a vibrant coastal vibe, and walking distance to the beach and the iconic Huntington Beach Pier.”
