Golf Company Takes 25K-SF at Carlsbad Airport Center

Aldila Golf signed a 25,066-square-foot lease for a freestanding industrial building in Carlsbad Airport Center in Carlsbad, CA. The deal was valued at $2.3 million for the designer, manufacturer and marketer of graphite golf shafts.

The 1.68-acre site is located at 1945 Kellogg Ave. The building was built in 1985, and includes 22-foot clear heights, three grade-level doors and 56 parking spaces.

Lee & Associates’ Rusty Williams and Chris Roth, along with Voit’s Brandon Keith, represented the landlord, GTF Properties. CBRE’s Jed Stirnkorb represented the tenant.
