GrayStreet Partners Retains Transwestern for 734K-SF Office Portfolio

GrayStreet Partners retained Transwestern to provide leasing services for its 733,692-square-foot San Antonio office portfolio. Larry Mendez and Brad Kaufman will handle leasing activities for the nine-building collection.

The portfolio consists of:

  • Travis Park Plaza – 149,000 square feet
  • The Light Building – 140,440 square feet
  • 1603 Broadway Street – 140,000 square feet
  • The Offices on Houston Street | The Kress & Grant – 127,066 square feet
  • The Offices on Houston Street | The Court – 62,604 square feet
  • The Offices on Houston Street | The Vogue – 37,105 square feet
  • The Offices on Houston Street | 500 Navarro Street – 34,780 square feet
  • The Offices on Houston Street | The Schaum – 25,271 square feet
  • 2520 Broadway Street – 17,426 square feet
