Dallas-based Granite Properties signed a 35,000-square-foot lease with Green Street Advisors at 100 Bayview in Newport Beach, CA. The CRE research, data and analytics provider will relocate to the six-story, 346,334-square-foot, Class A office building from Newport Center.

CBRE’s Travis Boyd and Alex Hayden represented the tenant. The landlord was represented by CBRE Dean Chandler and Justin Hill.
Other recent tenants signing leases at the property include WeWork, IHP Capital Partners and coffeehouse, Stereoscope.
