Greenbrier Square Trades Hands in Oceanside

Lorah Family Trust sold Greenbrier Square, a 20,838-square-foot neighborhood retail center in Oceanside, CA, to a joint venture between Oceanside Sullivan, LLC and Oceanside Takayama, LLC. The $7-million sale price for the multi-tenant center equates to a price of $336 per square-foot.

Greenbrier Square includes a diverse roster of national and local tenants, such as Wienerschnitzel, Jiffy Lube, Soapy Joe’s Car Wash and All Star Glass. The center is located directly across the street from the new “Sprinter” light rail station, on the northeast corner of Oceanside Blvd. and Greenbrier Dr.
