Greenstone Partners closed on the sale of 907 W. Armitage Ave., a 4,800 square foot mixed-use building in Lincoln Park, for an undisclosed sum. The property, at which retail tenant Kiehl’s recently executed a long-term lease renewal, is situated along one of Lincoln Park’s most sought-after retail corridors.
The brokerage procured the buyer, an out-of-state publicly-traded REIT, that closed in under 15 days of executing the purchase agreement. The seller was a Chicago-based private investment group.
Kiehl’s is among a number of omnichannel retailers along Armitage Avenue. Its neighbors include Bonobos, Warby Parker and Outdoor Voices.
The four apartments above Kiehl’s—all two-bedroom, one-bath–have been renovated. They’re convenient to the Armitage Brown & Purple Line ‘L’ Station.
