Greystone in New York provided a total of $42.5 million in Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting and Servicing loans for two separate multifamily acquisitions in Phoenix. Both loans have 10-year terms, and 30-year amortization.
One of the properties, the 280-unit Canyon Crossroads, is at 33600 N. 27th Dr. Greystone’s Tim Thompson closed the $31.6 million loan for the Oregon-based buyer. The other property, acquired by Trimark Property Group, was Summerhill Place Apartments at 6801 W. Ocotillo Rd., in Glendale, AZ. John Tilsch with Greystone closed the loan on the 232-unit property.
