Harsch Completes 170K-SF Industrial in North Las Vegas

Oregon-based Harsch Investment Properties has completed development for Speedway Commerce Center IV, a 168,000-square-foot industrial building located at 6101 North Hollywood Blvd in North Las Vegas. The property delivers at 46% occupancy, with a JLL team of Jason Simon, Rob Lujan and Xavier Wasiak handling leasing for Harsch.

Leases include Q Corporation for 37,918 square feet, Proslat for 15,738 square feet, and Vogue Tyres for 23,270 square feet.

The building features turn-key office build-outs, 32-foot clear height, 50-foot concrete aprons, 60-foot speed bays, energy efficient evaporative coolers and additional Class A infrastructure and design elements.

Acccording to Harsch’s Reed Gottesman, “Speedway Commerce Center IV is ideal for mid-sized firms looking for new, modern industrial space in one of the premier strategic logistic locations and business-friendly environments.”

Speedway Commerce Center IV features immediate access to the I-15 Freeway and the 215 Beltway, logistics connectors to major Southwest and West Coast cities.
