Inland Empire Health Plan leased 7,550 square feet in a retail center in Riverside, CA to expand its services. The not-for-profit insurer plans to open its second Community Resource Center in early 2017.
The center will offer free health and fitness classes, educational and nutritional workshops. The Rancho Cucamonga, CA-based company will also provide information on health coverage.
The space is next to Dollar Tree and BBVA Compass Bank and directly across from the Galleria at Tyler regional mall. Built in 1995, the property is located on Riverside’s main retail corridor and close to Tyler St. and the 91 Freeway.
Lee and Associates’ Thomas Pierik of in Riverside represented the tenant. Progressive Real Estate Partners’ Pablo Velasco exclusively marketed the property and represented the lessor.
