Hello Alfred Acquires Building Management Platform

Tech startup Hello Alfred, which partners with residential developers to provide personal home managers, is widening its reach with the acquisition of building management platform Bixby for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition includes Bixby’s assets, team and customers, and will operate under the Hello Alfred brand.

Hello Alfred says the deal expands its footprint and significantly increases its volume in Class B multifamily buildings, with the potential to bring its services to a roster of different property types.

“Hello Alfred’s years of knowledge around hospitality and services have helped us become one of the most trusted brands for residents across the country,” said COO Jessica Beck, who co-founded Hello Alfred with CEO Marcela Sapone in 2014.

“With the inclusion of the Bixby team and their focused approach to property management, we’re able to provide another degree of service to all parties in the multifamily ecosystem,” she added.
