Helmsley Spear has been appointed as the exclusive office and retail leasing agent and property manager at 48 Wall St., a 324,000-square-foot commercial office building in Lower Manhattan’s Financial District.

“On both a personal and professional level, this assignment is of great significance to me as it continues my many years of involvement with 48 Wall Street,” said Helmsley Spear president Kent M. Swig. “I am thrilled to be back as the leasing and managing agent.”

EVP Andrew Simon at Helmsley Spear will serve as the lead agent along with Swig representing the landlord. Vice chairman James Emden and executive managing director Randy Sherman will round out the leasing team.

“48 Wall Street is an excellent building and truly a great rental opportunity for tenants searching for office and retail space within this very high-demand area of FiDi,” said Simon.
