A five-property, 350,000 square foot office portfolio on Los Angeles’ Westside has reportedly changed hands. Sources say Jade Enterprises purchased the portfolio for an undisclosed amount from an unnamed institutional seller.
The 91-percent-leased portfolio of recently-renovated buildings includes Beverly Atrium at 350 South Beverly Dr. in Beverly Hills; 2730 Wilshire Blvd. in Santa Monica; 1950 Sawtelle Blvd. and 11075 Santa Monica Blvd. in L.A.; and Bristol Plaza at 6167 Bristol Pkwy. in Culver City.
A Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. investment sales team, led by senior managing directors Ryan Gallagher and Todd Tydlaska, and director Andrew Harper represented the seller. The buyer represented itself.
