Anyone on the hunt for a working ranch, a wine-making enterprise or even a recreational time away from the city is in luck. The former, historic Anderson Farms, the last working ranch in Jasper County in Southeast Texas, is now on the market. The ranch comes with a three-bedroom house, a two-acre vineyard, a one-acre fishing pond multiple barns, and a whopping 201 acres – all for an asking price of $1.2 million.
Located 45 minutes northeast of Beaumont on Farm-to-Market Road 82, the property, dubbed “Ranch 82,” is being marketed by Republic Ranches. Those who like to hunt, can – and the vineyard produces muscadine grapes.
