HNTB Expands into Ontario

Kansas City, MO-based HNTB is expanding its footprint into the Inland Empire. The national transportation management firm is creating a regional hub within a new office at 3200 Guasti Rd. in Ontario, CA.

Inland Empire’s freeway and transportation infrastructure projects on the near horizon are behind the move. HNTB is returning after a few years without a presence to better serve key regional transportation clients such as Caltrans, San Bernardino Associated Governments, Riverside County Transportation Commission, and the City of Ontario.

The 102-year-old company’s been involved in the 215 and 71 freeway projects in the past. It also traces its California roots back to work in 1914 on Pasadena’s Arroyo Seco Bridge.
