Hollywood Park Names First District Tenants

Hollywood Park, a 298-acre development being built by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke, inked its first three tenants in the retail section of the district. The deals include a new 20,000 square-foot concept from the founder of Inglewood’s own Three Weavers Brewing Company, a 21,000-square-foot Olympix Fitness, and a 12-screen Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas.

Jason Gannon, Managing Director, SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park says, “We are thrilled to welcome Lynne Weaver, Olympix Fitness and Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas, and all of their employees, patrons, members and fans, to Hollywood Park.”

Hollywood Park will feature sports and performance venues, office, retail and residential spaces, and more than 20 acres of parkland. Located in Inglewood, CA, one end of the development will be anchored by a 500,000-square-foot retail and entertainment district. The project also will be home to SoFi Stadium, the future home of the Los Angeles Chargers and Los Angeles Rams, set to open in 2020.
