Hometown America Relocates to 110 N. Wacker

Colliers International | Chicago SVP Michael Marrion represented Hometown America LLC in its 9,443-square-foot lease at Bank of America Tower, 110 N. Wacker Dr. in the Loop. The company plans to relocate from 150 N. Wacker in May.

Hometown America owns and operates more than 120 residential land-lease communities across the United States and Australia. The tenant will join anchor Bank of America, Lincoln International, Morgan Lewis & Bockius, Perkins Coie and No18 at 110 N. Wacker.

“110 N. Wacker Dr. continues to draw interest from companies like Hometown America, who seek an exceptional, state-of-the-art office space,” said Marrion. “The efficient space, unmatched location and blue-chip tenant roster made Hometown zero in on this building.”

The tower is being developed by a partnership of Riverside Investment & Development and the Howard Hughes Corporation. Riverside’s Drew Nieman and CBRE’s Sara Spicklemire handle leasing at the 1.5-million-square-foot tower.
