Hotel Campus Breaks Ground at $1.8B Frisco Station MXU

Lewisville, TX -based NewcrestImage broke ground on a hotel lifestyle campus within the $1.8-billion Frisco Station development in Frisco, TX. The 300-room AC Hotel and Residence Inn is a dual-branded Marriott property, located at Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway near the Dallas Cowboys world HQ.

The concept is part of a new four-brand, 600-room hotel campus at the 242-acre Frisco Station. It is the first property of its kind in North Texas. The first rooms are slated to deliver in 2018.

Later phases of development will include a Canopy by Hilton and a Hyatt Place. The hotels serve as anchors for The Hub in Frisco Station, a 40-acre mixed-use centerpiece with 200,000 square feet of restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Hillwood, VanTrust Real Estate and The Rudman Partnership are developing the overall Frisco Station project, which also includes more than five-million square feet of office space and 2,400 residential units.
