Houston Methodist Hospital signed a lease for 100,812 square feet at the former Chevron Campus in Bellaire, TX, on Houston’s southwest side. The health system, which will occupy floors 8, 9 and 10, will be the building’s anchor tenant.
Coy Davidson with Colliers International represented the landlord in the direct deal with landlord SLS Properties.
SLS Properties acquired the 30-acre, 547,370-square-foot property at 4800 Fournace Pl. in October 2018, and has proposed redeveloping a portion of the property as a mixed-use development. The asset has been renamed Bellaire Place; Kirskey Architecture has been tapped for a redesign. Chevron vacated the property in 2017.
