HSA Commercial Real Estate has signed a 68,175-square-foot lease with LifeNet Health at its Gateway V distribution center in Plainfield, IN, near the Indianapolis International Airport. The 262,758-square-foot Gateway V warehouse, being developed on a speculative basis, is scheduled to deliver this month.
LifeNet Health, a provider of transplant solutions, will take occupancy in July. CBRE’s John Hanley and Terry Busch represented HSA in negotiations.
“The amount of interest and pre-leasing activity prior to the completion of the Gateway V building has been really impressive,” said Robert Smietana, vice chairman and CEO of HSA. “We are looking forward to having the building completed in the next 30 days, and welcoming LifeNet as a tenant later this summer.”
HSA has recently developed five buildings totaling approximately 630,000 square feet at its 40-acre Gateway Business Park, including the 151,200-square-foot Gateway IV building, completed last July and fully leased.
