Qualys, Inc. signed a 75,000-square-foot lease at Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc.’s four-building Metro Center in Foster City, CA. The lease, which encompasses two full floors at 919 Hillsdale Dr., reportedly was completed in the high $3’s psf net range, with a large TI allowance.
The cloud-based security and compliance solutions provider’s deal brings the 730,215-square-foot office and retail complex to 77% leased.
Hudson Pacific’s Victor J. Coleman notes the transaction is the largest lease signed in the past 18 months in Foster City. Earlier this year, the company executed a 36,542-square-foot lease with BrightEdge Technologies.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Kevin Waldman, Ben Paul, Mike Moran and Clarke Funkhouser represented the landlord. Colliers’ Luke Wilson and Marne Michaels represented the tenant.
