Hunt Mortgage Group, headquartered in New York City, has provided loans totaling $35.3 million for Florida multifamily properties. Four of the Fannie Mae loans were refinances, while a fifth loan was for acquisition financing.
In Orlando, Hunt Mortgage provided a 10-year, fixed-rate $18.4 million loan on the 536-unit Metro Place I & II at 907 S. Kirkman Rd.; and a 10-year, fixed-rate, $2.8 million loan to refinance the 90-unit Brandywood, at 6635 Breeze Way. A 10-year, fixed-rate $6.4-million loan was provided for the 304-unit Hidden Creek Villas at 201 Rivertree Circle, while a 10-year, fixed-rate $4 million refinance was arranged for the 156-unit Bella Lago, at 4405 Texas Ave.
In addition, a 17-year, $3.8 million loan was arranged to acquire the 144-unit Calusia Cove at 8000 S.W. 210th St. in Miami.
