Prospera Hotels opened Hyatt House, an extended-stay hotel on Harbor Blvd. by Disneyland Resort. The 5-story, 262-room hotel features studios and one-bedroom suites with kitchens, as well as a Walgreens, Starbucks and two restaurants.
The Orange, CA-based company has three other planned hotels in the Anaheim Resort district including hotel parcels at Anaheim GardenWalk, a 460,000 square-foot outdoor dining, shopping and entertainment destination, a 466-room JW Marriott and a 400-suite four-star hotel.
Laguna Niguel-based Terry Architecture + Planning served as Hyatt House’s architect.
Hyatt House is an upper extended stay hotel brand of Hyatt Hotels Corp., that was launched in 2012 and has expanded to 68 locations.
