Solana Beach, CA-based Trilogy Investment Group acquired 240 South Cedros Ave., a fully occupied, 21,144-square-foot retail building in Solana Beach’s Cedros Design District from local investors for $10.4 million. The popular shopping destination is home to the iconic Leaping Lotus marketplace.
The transaction is one of the first deals to close on Ten-X’s newly launched Offer Select online transaction method, a non-auction format that gives sellers more flexibility to negotiate terms with multiple buyers. The method blends traditional processes with advanced technology to reach vetted buyers from around the globe.
Ten-X’s Patrick Walker teamed with Newmark Grubb Knight’s Frank’s John Jennings to market and transact 240 South Cedros. This is the second recent San Diego-area retail asset to close via Ten-X Offer Select.
