‘Industrial Chic’ Creative Office Planned in Portland

Portland, OR-based Harsch Investment Properties plans 7 Southeast Stark, a 70,000-square-foot creative office building on Portland’s Central Eastside. The site is within Portland’s “industrial sanctuary” submarket, which is experiencing growth and revitalization.

Designed by Works Partnership Architecture, the new industrial office development and parking garage features a modern design and historic character. The floor-to-ceiling glassed project features views of the city, outdoor patios, a rooftop deck, secured bike parking, showers, lockers, a fitness center and on-site parking.

JLL’s Jake Lancaster and Annalore Rodman are handling the leasing assignment for 7 Southeast Stark.

Harsch acquired a three-block, two-acre site in the same neighborhood in 2013, and subsequently redeveloped it into locations for local craft beverage producers House Spirits Distillery and Steven Smith Teamaker.
